Selected Corridors, Covington Louisiana
Stage 0 Feasibility Study
(Task MC-2.19Cov; FY-19 UPWP)

Scope of Work

The purpose of this project is to perform a Stage 0 Feasibility Study to undertake an analysis of several corridors within the City of Covington, LA to recommend improvements to operational effectiveness, accessibility to adjacent land uses by vehicular and non-motorized modes and safety in the corridors.

This is a non-negotiated, lump sum contract in the amount of $45,000. All interested firms are invited to submit their qualifications for undertaking the above study.  A minimum DBE participation rate of 21% is required for this project.

Madisonville Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan

Scope of Work

The purpose of this project is to perform a Stage 0 Feasibility Study for a pedestrian and bicycle master plan for the purpose of linking neighborhoods with the downtown riverfront area, including City Hall, the Library and Maritime Museum, and other public facilities.

Scope of Work

The purpose of this project is to perform a Stage 0 Feasibility Study to address existing traffic congestion and transportation mobility issues at the intersection of Power Boulevard and West Esplanade Avenue in Jefferson Parish.

This is a non-negotiated, lump sum contract in the amount of $40,000. All interested firms are invited to submit their qualifications for undertaking the above study.  A minimum DBE participation rate of 21% is required for this project.

IN GENERAL, consultant selections are made at the first Regional Planning Commission (RPC) meeting that follows the submittal due date.  RPC selections are posted to the website following the meetings, which are held on the second Tuesday of each month.
